"I don’t recommend State Farm because they were upping my bill by $10-15 every month for a while to the point that it was like $80 or maybe even more expensive than it was originally. I also called to see how to get my bill down, I was told they would call me back and they never did. I decided to switch to a different insurance because it’s way cheaper. When I switched, the new insurance told me they would notify State Farm so I didn’t need to contact them. I kept getting State Farm notifications still so I called to make sure it was cancelled. It was a very weird tense call with Natalie I think where she called the other insurance agent stupid for saying I didn’t need to notify them. Very strange and unprofessional."
